How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $45 or more. Under that it's $5.99. You'll see the cost in your cart before checkout.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on where the item ships from, and every product page tells you. Items from our US warehouse arrive in 3–7 business days. Items from our overseas warehouse arrive in 8–15 business days. Checkout shows the delivery window again before you pay.
Where do you ship from?
Most items ship from a warehouse in the United States. Some kitchen and desk items ship from our overseas warehouse, and their product page says so. Overseas parcels are sent duty-paid. If you're ever asked to pay an import fee, email us and we'll refund it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses.
Do your gadgets have batteries, and how do they ship?
Some do. Each gadget page says whether it has a battery. Lithium batteries come installed in the device, and those gadgets ship to US addresses only, by ground or air.
Are your electronics certified?
Each gadget page lists its FCC and safety details when the manufacturer provides them.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. If it arrived damaged or wrong, we'll fix it at no cost to you. See Returns.
What's in a bundle?
Each bundle lists every item it includes on its product page. Every part of a bundle ships from the same warehouse, but it can arrive in 2 parcels.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.
How do I pay?
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. You can check out as a guest; you don't need an account.
Do you sell on TikTok Shop too?
Yes. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are handled in the TikTok app under TikTok's terms. Orders placed on this site are handled by us.
