Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Standard shipping is $5.99 on orders under $45.
You'll see the exact shipping cost in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Delivery: items from our US warehouse arrive 3–7 business days after they ship, by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Items from our overseas warehouse arrive in 8–15 business days, and their product page says so. Overseas parcels are sent duty-paid; if you are ever charged an import fee, we refund it. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses can take a few days longer.
Checkout shows an estimated delivery window for your address. It's an estimate, not a guarantee; weather and carrier delays can push it back.
Gadgets with batteries
Gadgets with a lithium battery ship with the battery installed in the device, by ground or air, to US addresses only.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If the tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email tidyzap@outlook.com and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Lost or late packages
If your package hasn't arrived 10 business days after it shipped, or tracking says delivered but you can't find it, email tidyzap@outlook.com with your order number. Once we've checked with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address only before the order ships.
Orders from TikTok Shop
If you bought from TidyZap on TikTok Shop, TikTok's shipping and delivery terms apply to that order, and you can track and manage it in the TikTok app.
