30 days to change your mind
- Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and you pay nothing. Just send us a photo.
- Changed your mind? You pay the return shipping, and we refund the item price.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of your return reaching us.
Gadgets and electronics
Gadgets and other powered items get the same 30 days: return them unused and in their original packaging. If a gadget is defective when it arrives, we send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
How to start a return
Email tidyzap@outlook.com with your order number (it starts with "TZ"). We'll reply within 1 business day with the return instructions.
Opened consumables, such as unsealed washer tablets, can't be returned unless they arrived damaged. Read the full Refund Policy.
