These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. TidyZap is operated by Vault Technology LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

2. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, using photos of the actual product. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If an item doesn't match its description, our Refund Policy covers you.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and about your own experience with the product. You give us permission to show it on our site and social channels with your first name and last initial. We don't pay for, or offer anything in return for, positive reviews, and we don't remove reviews just because they're negative. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

6. Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, reselling our content, or using the site for anything unlawful. The site's text, photos, videos and logo belong to us or our licensors.

7. Warranties and liability

Products come with any warranty stated on their product page. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one posted when you placed it.
